Jillian Gratz MA, LPC, NCC

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here! I have always dreamed of running a private practice, and I am so excited to share all we have to offer with prospective clients. Along with being the owner and cofounder of Insight Counseling Collective PLLC, I am dedicated to working with adults and couples experiencing grief, major life transitions, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, and periods of uncertainty or change. I believe therapy should feel authentic, supportive, and nonjudgmental, allowing clients space to explore their experiences while building resilience and clarity. I received my master's degree from Marywood University, and I am currently earning my doctorate in marriage and family therapy. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, schema-focused work, and parts-work informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. sing an integrative approach, I meet you in your current experience and assess how you would like to make changes to your emotional and mental health. I am passionate about providing psychoeducation to clients to normalize and teach self-compassion for all of the universally human struggles we have. I use multiple therapies to integrate the aspects of mind, spirit, and meaning that are unique to each individual to create overall wellness.
I believe processing and simply feeling safe to speak about thoughts and feelings are vital to the therapeutic process. You are the expert on your life and experiences, and my role is to help you understand and unpack what you may have left boxed up. We go about this journey by processing the past, present, and goals for the future.
Reaching out is the first but often most intimidating step in the therapeutic process; however, you deserve to receive the support you need. Investing time in your relationship with yourself is one of the best ways to begin healing. My goal is to help clients feel understood while creating practical and lasting change in their lives and relationships.

Alyssa Nagle NCC, LPC, CCTP-II, ADHD-CCSP

Hi there! I’m Alyssa Nagle, Chief Operations Officer and Cofounder of Insight Counseling Collective, and I’m passionate about helping children, adolescents, teens, young adults and families navigate life’s challenges with confidence, resilience, and hope. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Mental Health Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and ADHD Clinical Services Provider, I bring more than 16 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across a variety of clinical settings, helping clients discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and realize their full potential. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or expectations. My goal is to create an environment where authenticity is encouraged, healing feels possible, and personal growth can truly flourish. Because no two individuals are alike, I take an individualized and collaborative approach to therapy. I integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and other evidence-based approaches to create a treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs. I strive to meet each client where they are and empower them to build on the strengths they already possess. Over the years, I have developed extensive experience supporting individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and attention-related challenges, Intellectual Disabilities, behavioral concerns, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-esteem struggles, interpersonal dynamics, self-advocacy difficulties, and major life transitions. My therapeutic philosophy is simple: you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, challenge limiting beliefs, and cultivate healthier ways of thinking and responding. Through a growth-minded approach, we’ll work toward building lasting coping skills, strengthening self-confidence, and creating meaningful changes that support greater well-being and an improved quality of life. I firmly believe that growth doesn’t happen because we become someone new—it happens because we learn to embrace who we are while discovering the strength that has been there all along.

Paige Elmy MA, LPC, NCC

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I am passionate about creating a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe enough to openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their
therapeutic journey while reminding them that they do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I work with teens and adults ages 14+ experiencing concerns related to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life stressors,
and major transitions, including college and young adulthood adjustments. My clinical experience includes supporting both children and adults through emotional and behavioral challenges while helping clients develop healthier coping strategies, emotional insight, and confidence within themselves.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic and individualized, as I believe therapy is not “one size fits all.” I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, and Play Therapy techniques while adapting modalities to
best fit each client’s unique needs, personality, and goals. I value meeting clients where they are and collaborating together to create meaningful and realistic progress. As a therapist, I strive to balance authenticity, empathy, creativity, and humor
within sessions. I believe healing and humor can coexist, and I enjoy incorporating creative interventions and relatable conversations into the therapeutic process to help clients feel more comfortable and engaged. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of my work,
and I prioritize creating an atmosphere where clients can genuinely be themselves without fear of judgment.

Cassie Haw MS, CRC, LAPC

Hello, I’m Cassie! I believe therapy works best when it’s rooted in trust, honesty, collaboration, and feeling genuinely accepted as you are. I work with people navigating challenges related to relationships, self-worth, identity, boundaries, anxiety, and family
dynamics. My approach combines insight and action. Together, we’ll explore how early experiences
and the systems around us have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others, while also paying attention to your present-day thoughts, emotions, and patterns. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, feel more grounded in who you are, and make meaningful changes that align with the life you want to build.

Taylor Prise MA, ATR-BC, LPAT, LAPC

Hi there, I’m Taylor! I’m a board-certified art therapist and licensed associate professional counselor in Pennsylvania. Originally from southern Ohio, I’ve spent much of my life exploring how creativity, connection, and community can support healing and personal growth. I earned my master’s degree from Seton Hill University and completed a post-master’s Art Therapy Fellowship at University of Michigan Health System. Over
the past decade, I’ve worked across clinical, nonprofit, and community organizing spaces, learning from the people and communities I’ve had the privilege to walk alongside. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create a compassionate, affirming space where folks can feel safe expressing themselves fully. Together, we create space to explore emotions, process difficult experiences, and develop tools for coping, healing, and self-expression. Together, we’ll explore ways to build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with your strengths.

Clinical Interns

Nancy Van Wyk MA, LPC

I’m Nancy Van Wyk, a clinical mental health counselor specializing in military family culture, equine-facilitated psychotherapy, and integrative individual therapy. My work is grounded in systems-based, trauma-informed care, honoring how service-related experiences like deployment cycles, reintegration stress, and moral injury can shape identity, trust, communication, and family roles. I hold an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marywood University and I’m currently completing a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Military Family Culture. My additional training includes PsychArmor courses, Center for Deployment Psychology coursework, and advanced trauma-informed training through The Healing Path Project, with a specific focus on moral injury. Alongside traditional talk therapy, I offer equine-facilitated psychotherapy an experiential, clinically guided approach that uses intentional interaction with
horses to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, boundaries, and relational growth. Safety, ethical practice, and respect for both client and equine
welfare are central to every session. In individual therapy, I integrate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy with Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients build on strengths while compassionately understanding the protective and wounded “parts” that influence emotions and behavior. The goal is practical change with depth, more regulation, clearer relationships, and a steadier, Self-led way of moving through life.

Marissa Pagnotti

Hi Friends!
I’m Marissa Pagnotti and Insight Counseling Collective’s newly minted clinical intern. As a second year master’s student at Bennington College (VT), I study clinical mental
health counseling with a concentration in narrative therapy and a focus in expressive arts therapy.  My professional aim is to work with children of all ages: because so much of our core selves is forged during childhood, establishing a healthy socio-emotional
well-being is paramount, and by extension, will serve as the bedrock for happiness in adulthood.  Here at Insight, I look forward to developing my clinical voice and distilling my specific diagnostic interests within counseling. Working with our diverse clinicians allows me to explore different theoretical orientations such as psychodynamic, behavioral, cognitive, and person-centered.  I personally believe that utilizing an eclectic approach most accurately treats patients, gently meeting them where they are, but also challenging their stressors.  As a mindful listener, my therapeutic goal is to validate big emotions, facilitate development of the self, grow interpersonal relationships, and tackle emerging,
age-appropriate issues. I am excited to welcome everyone with open curiosity, and co-construct meaningful change with all who are interested in our collective work.  Thank you for trusting me.

Breanna Schumacher

I am a counselor-in-training currently pursuing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. I am passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, with a particular interest in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and helping clients navigate
challenges and transitions in their lives. My clinical interests also include anxiety and depression, relationship concerns, behavioral concerns, and stress management. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working collaboratively to
support their individual needs and goals. My approach to counseling is individualized and client-centered, with an
emphasis on meeting clients where they are. I integrate elements of
psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and narrative therapy based on each client’s unique needs and goals. I am also interested in continuing to develop my knowledge and training in trauma-focused approaches,
including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization andReprocessing (EMDR).
